Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to inform us about the return request by email message + another 14 days to return the goods.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Your product must be in the original packaging and have all tags.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE – Only the standard cushion sizes listed below are eligible for returns. Other sizes are made to order, especially for the customer and are not returnable :

For bench cushions without the backrest: 100x50cm, 120x50cm, 150x50cm,180x50cm For bench cushions with backrest :100x50x60cm, 120x50x60cm , 150x50x60 cm , 180x50x60cm For all pallet cushions : Seat pad 120x80cm , Backrest 120x40cm, Short backrest/ corner backrest 60x40cm |
After receiving the item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. After checking the item, we will immediately notify you about the refund status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive a refund within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer’s rules.
Shipment
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of refund will be deducted from the refund.
