Time and delivery costs

How much is delivery?

We offer standard delivery on all orders.

All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, before and after order confirmation. (Note: all prices include VAT at the current rate).


When will you receive the parcel?

Standard delivery is a courier delivery, 3-5 business days from the time of order, with delivery between 9:00 and 17:30. The first class delivery is 1-2 business days from the time of order. If the products you are looking for are not in stock, we will send you an e-mail. (The costs stated are for the delivery address, on the day of delivery.)


Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all postal areas in the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Shipments to addresses on islands or distant areas of the mainland United Kingdom may take slightly longer than the normal delivery time, with possible delays if you live in the following postal code areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 – PO41, TR21 – TR25, ZE. If we believe that the delivery address provided may be unsecured (e.g. If it is a joint postal address or a post office box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements. Customers outside of the UK must contact Customer Service at, detailing the products they want to order, so that we can send you a mailing offer.


Can I send items to more than one address?

We will be happy to send all or part of the order to a different address. During the payment process you will be given the opportunity to inform us where you want to send items from the basket. (For additional delivery addresses you will incur additional delivery charges).


What if I will not be in when my item is delivered?

Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If the recipient is not at the address indicated, our courier (Royal Mail) will leave a card confirming that he has tried to deliver the package which will later be stored at the local pick up point.


What if only part of my order arrives?

If any items are missing from the order (in accordance with the order confirmation email), please contact customer service at so that we can take care of it.
