About Products
We recommend purchasing cushions complete with filling to ensure the best fit and comfort. However, if you prefer covers only, you can find them in the COVERS ONLY section of our menu. Please note that for tufted cushions we do not offer covers separately, as the filling and cover are permanently integrated and cannot be replaced.
Absolutely. Most of our cushions can be made to measure If you require a size that isn’t shown in our standard options, simply reach out to us at info@patiocushions.co.uk or via our contact form . We’ll be glad to craft a bespoke cushion tailored to your needs.
Most of our garden cushions feature a removable zip cover, which can be easily taken off for cleaning or replacement. The only exception is our tufted cushions, where the cover and filling are permanently integrated and therefore not interchangeable
Our cushions are available with two types of high‑quality foam filling:
- Solid foam block (T25, firm) — provides excellent support and structure.
- Shredded foam — softer, allowing you to sink in comfortably.
Both options are designed for lasting comfort and durability. Thanks to their properties, we confidently offer a 5‑year guarantee that the filling will not lose its shape, harden, or collapse.
About Shipping
We deliver to all postal areas across the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Shipments to islands or more remote mainland regions may take slightly longer than the usual delivery time. Possible delays can occur in the following postal code areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE.
Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. This includes all postal codes beginning with:
- JE – Jersey (e.g. JE1, JE2, JE3, JE4)
- GY – Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm (e.g. GY1 to GY10)
Each cushion is handcrafted to order, with production typically taking 2–3 weeks. During peak periods or the holiday season, this may extend up to 4 weeks.
We deliver to all postal areas within the United Kingdom free of charge. There are no additional or hidden fees such as customs duties or VAT.
About Returns
Yes, cushions can be returned, but only in certain cases. As each cushion is made to order, we are able to offer thousands of variations. For this reason, returns are limited to selected colours and sizes that form part of our standard range. Unfortunately, all other items — including those cut to size or made to order — are non‑returnable. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
There is no right of return for products that are made to order, customised, or made to measure.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear images showing the issue. The item must be kept in its original packaging while we process your claim.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a return. In both cases, you will not be responsible for any costs related to the return or delivery of the replacement. Should you choose to return the item, we will also refund the original shipping costs paid at the time of your order.
Care & Maintenance
Care instructions depend on the fabric. Most cushion covers can be washed at 30°C, while for others we recommend gentle spot cleaning to preserve their quality. For full details, please refer to the care instructions provided on the product page.
